TNBC Peer Support

You don't have to navigate TNBC alone

TNBC Foundation, in partnership with ABCD — After Breast Cancer Diagnosis, offers a free, confidential peer support program that pairs you with a trained volunteer mentor who has personal experience with triple negative breast cancer. Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or navigating life after TNBC, our mentors are here to listen, share, and support.

How it works

  • Submit your request: Complete a short form through our ABCD partnership link here. Let us know a little about your diagnosis and what kind of support you are looking for.
  • Get matched: ABCD will match you with a trained mentor based on your diagnosis, treatment experience, and other personal factors you choose to share.
  • Connect & share: Connect by phone, email, or video — on your schedule. There is no pressure and no expectations. Just support from someone who gets it.

What to expect

All mentors are trained volunteers who have personal experience with triple negative breast cancer. Conversations are private and offered at your pace. Peer mentors are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice. They are here to offer emotional support, share their experiences, and help you feel less alone on your TNBC journey.

Confidentiality

Your conversations are private, and your information is treated with the utmost care.

On your schedule

Connect when it works for you — by phone, email, or video.

TNBC-specific support

You will be paired with mentors with TNBC experience who understand the unique challenges of your diagnosis.

Free of charge

This program is completely free for all TNBC patients, survivors, and caregivers.
