Art Therapy Workshop

Storytelling is one of the cornerstones of how you make sense of your experiences and integrate them into your identity. Art therapy is a highly effective tool that gently engages you in the process of telling the story of your breast cancer experience. Stephanie, an Art Therapist and TNBC survivor, will guide you through the process. No artistic talent is necessary to benefit from this practice; all you need are some basic art therapy supplies and an open mind!
